CCG Key Talent Program 2016
Program Manager - Microsoft
Program Summary:
The CCG Key Talent program, was a global program created in partnership with the Executive Leadership team and HR. The goal of Key Talent was to develop talent that was consider high-potential (Hi-Po) for future leadership and partner roles within Microsoft. Taking in nominated employees from across multiple disciplines, and LOBs to solve big rock issues, develop leadership skills, and to get opportunities for 1:1 access with Executive Leaders within the Consumer Channels Group (CCG).
My Role:
In partnership with CCG HR, I managed the overall logistics, communications and planning of the program. This included organizing the monthly Key Talent call, developing content with leaders, owning agendas, recording actions and next steps, managing annual networking event logistics, hiring inspirational speakers and trainers, and score-carding progress on big rock initiatives.
