Project Manager - Simplicity Consulting
Project Summary:
To develop, launch and then manage a single hub for the Worldwide Retail organization at Microsoft.
My Role:
As the consulting PM on this role, I was brought in to kick off planning and development for the WWRSM SharePoint and launch the site within 3-months. Once it had been launched, I'd manage access, site governance, develop content and maintenance for the hub on-going as part of my contract.
